Peel and wash the potatoes and boil them in water for 20 minutes with a vegetable stock tablet.

Wash the cucumbers and grate them coarsely. Cut the leek into wafer-thin rings and wash them well.

Peel the onions and finely chop them.

Drain the potatoes when they are done and crush them with the milk, butter, pepper, salt, cumin and curry powder.

Spoon the cucumber grater, the leek rings and the chopped onion through the mash.

Drain the pineapple.

Preheat the oven grill.

Spoon the dish into an oven dish.
