Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber with a cheese slicer into wafer-thin slices. If you have a mandolin, cutting is even easier.
  2. Mix the cucumber with the shallot, garlic, olive oil, (white) balsamic vinegar and parsley.
  3. Leave this salsa covered for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
