Cucumber-yogurt dip
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: cucumber, shallot (very finely chopped), Greek yogurt, fresh dill (finely chopped) and chili pepper from the mill.

Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater. Put the cucumber and the shallot in a sieve and mix in a little salt. Let this stand for 15 minutes. Squeeze as much of the moisture from the cucumber as possible.

Mix the yogurt with the cucumber and the dill in a bowl. Season with salt and chili pepper. Allow the flavors to withdraw in approx. 1 hour. Tasty with baguette, raw vegetables and as topping shawarma sandwiches or grilled Turkish spiced meat.
