Grate half a cucumber and mix in a teaspoon of salt.

Put in a sieve and leave to drain for at least ten minutes.

Press two cloves of garlic and mix with a quarter of a liter of Greek yogurt, two tablespoons of fresh chopped dill and a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.

Squeeze the cucumber well and mix through the yogurt.
