Keep 4 strawberries separately for the garnish. Clean the other strawberries and halve larger ones. Sprinkle the strawberries with the balsamic vinegar.

Scrape the marrow from the vanilla pod. Beat the curd cheese with the vanilla juice.

Mix the almond liqueur with the coffee. Dip the almond biscuits or long fingers in them and place them on the bottom of a bowl.

Spread the strawberries over it and put a low curd on it. Sprinkle with a little chocolate (keep some chocolate over for garnish). Repeat these steps and finish with a low curd.

Put the tiramisu in the fridge for 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the rest of the chocolate over it and garnish with the strawberries.
