Mushroom muffins with fruits and ice cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: dried apricots (with orange flavor, pack of a 250 g), banana, mix for muffins (350 g), eggs, butter and chocolate ice cream.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut apricots into pieces, keep 4 apricots apart.

Banana peel and finely crack.

Muffin mix in batter.

Bring eggs above bowl.

Add butter, banana and 50 ml of water.

Mix with batter at the highest setting for 1 minute.

Muffins in oven for 18 minutes.

From 4 muffins (remainder is not used for dessert) cut off the cap.
