Curry chicken with wok vegetable


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillets (about 350 g), herb paste for green curry (100 g), pandan rice, sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (a 400 g), sweet chilli sauce (bottle), fresh coriander (a 15 g ) and Thai fish sauce (Nuac Nam) (bottle).

Directions

  1. Stir in the chicken with herb paste and cover it for a short while.
  2. Cook rice according to instructions.
  3. Heat half of oil in frying pan and fry chicken fillet for about 6 minutes, regularly turn over.
  4. Meanwhile, heating in wok residue of oil.
  5. Vegetable mix stirring approx.
  6. 4 minutes stir-fry.
  7. Chilli sauce with vegetables, coriander above it finely cut and season with fish sauce and salt.
  8. Serving chicken with rice and wok vegetables..
