Creamy penne with smoked mackerel and broccoli
Pasta with mackerel, rocket, crème fraîche and broccoli.

Bring a large pan of water with salt, if necessary, to the boil.

Meanwhile, wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel the stalk and cut into pieces.

When the water is boiling, add the penne and cook for approx. 8 minutes until al dente. Add the broccoli for the last 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the egg, crème fraîche, cheese and pepper in a bowl. Clean the garlic and press the garlic above it. Beat with a fork.

Drain the pasta and the broccoli and put it back in the pan. Mix in the cream sauce and spread over deep plates.

Divide the arugula over it and break the mackerel in pieces above.
