Fish dish with yogurt and orange
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mashed potatoes (750 g, frozen), onions (in rings), oil, Oriental (wok vegetables (400 g)), curry powder (jar 35 g), cod fillet (bag 750 g, frozen), orange (peeled and sliced) and Greek yogurt (0% (150 g)).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spoon the frozen mashed potatoes into the baking dish. Fry the onion in the oil, scoop half out of the pan. Spoon the wok vegetable in the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes, using 1 tablespoon of curry powder. Divide this over the puree.

Put the cod fillets on the vegetables and add some pepper and salt. Divide the rest of the onion rings with the slices of orange over the fish. Sprinkle the rest of the curry powder over it and spoon the yogurt over it. Put the dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
