Curry meal soup
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: medium-sized egg and canned chickpeas.

Boil the eggs hard in about 8 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the stir fry mix for about 2 minutes. Add the curry paste and simmer for approx. 1 minute.

Let the chickpeas drain. Add the water, chickpeas and bouillon tablets. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Peel the eggs and cut into cubes. Scoop the sour cream and eggs through the soup. Serve the soup with the pappadums.
