Fish pot with white wine
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, garlic, olive oil, saffron (0 05 g), tomato cubes (400 g), white wine, cod fillet, salt, pepper from pepper mill with chili peppers and white bread.

Slice onion and garlic and finely chop.

Heat oil in pan, onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

Add saffron threads, tomato cubes and wine and season with salt and chili pepper.

Dust the fish with salt and chili pepper and place on tomato mixture.

Let the fish simmer for about 15 minutes.

Cut off crusts of bread and roast bread.

Spread bread over four deep plates.

Soup on top and serve immediately..
