Rib chop with sweet-and-sour fry
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, rib chops (2 dishes a 2 pieces), noodle (250 g), broccoli (in florets), beef smoke (in strips), sweet soy sauce, atjar tjampoer (Indonesian pickles, 350 g) and onions (in rings).

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.

Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste and fry in 10 minutes until done.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Boil the broccoli in water with salt in approx.

4 min.

Al dente and cook the smoked meat for 2 min.

Drain the noodle and broccoli.

Heat the rest of the oil in a stir and add the ketjapmarinadetoe.

Add the broccoli, the atjar tjampur, the noodle, the onions and the smoked meat.

Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

Divide over 4 plates and serve with a pork chop..
