Stir-fried sprouts in curry
Vegetarian curry with sprouts and tomato.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the onion into half rings. Slice the garlic and clean the sprouts.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min. Add the curry paste and fry for 1 min.

Spoon the sprouts and stir fry on a high heat for about 2 minutes. Add the tomato cubes, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the almond shavings in a frying pan without oil or butter in about 3 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Add the yogurt to the sprouts mixture and warm briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the sprouts with the rice and sprinkle with the almond shavings.
