                            Split pea soup with orange
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: winter carrots, potatoes, oranges, onions, garlic, olive oil, vegetable stock tablets, ground cumin, split peas (pack a 500 g) and yoghurt.

Directions
- 
                                peel the carrot and potatoes and cut into small cubes.
- 
                                Peel orange zest and press fruit.
- 
                                Peel and chop onion and garlic.
- 
                                Heat 3 tbsp oil in a soup pot.
- 
                                Pour in carrot, onion, orange peel and garlic for 4 minutes.
- 
                                Add bouillon tablets, cumin, peas, orange juice and 1 1/2 l of water.
- 
                                Let it boil and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
- 
                                Soup over 4 large soup bowls and sprinkle with a dash of olive oil.
- 
                                Sprinkle the yoghurt over it and sprinkle with a little cumin..
