A delicious Asian recipe for a curry of egg and brocolli with rice.

Directions

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Cook the broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and drain.
  3. Peel the eggs, halve them or cut into quarters.
  4. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit in the onion with curry powder for 3 minutes. Pour in the coconut milk.
  5. Stir in the broccoli and eggs and gently heat for 5 minutes. Put the nuts through. Add pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the curry with the rice and garnish with parsley or chives.
