A nice English recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: medium-sized egg and white stilton with blueberries (Party favorite).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Grease the soufflé bowl. Split the eggs. Cut the spring onions into rings.
  3. Remove the crust from the cheese and cut the cheese into small cubes. Heat the butter in a pan and gently fry the spring onion for approx. 1 min.
  4. Stir in the flour and stir in the milk for a dash until a smooth sauce is formed. Stir in the cheese until it begins to melt.

  7. Place the oven ajar and fry the soufflé in approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
