Double farmers cheese burgers

A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: vegetarian hamburgers (mini (frozen), thawed), olive oil (to cover), farmhouse cheese, sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), white mini-buns, mayonnaise and cabbage lettuce (small).

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the burgers with salt and pepper and brush thinly on both sides with oil.
  2. Place the burgers on a greased griddle and grill them over medium hot heat in 3-4 minutes, turning them occasionally. Cut the bread and roll them with the cutting edge on the grill at the edge of the barbecue. Roast the bread light brown and crispy. Cut the cheese into 4 slices and place them on 4 burgers. Divide the sundried to over and lay the other 4 citizens on it. Take the double burgers off the barbecue as soon as the cheese melts. Spread the cutting edge of the toasted bread rolls with mayonnaise. Place the lettuce on the bottom spheres and place the double burgers on it. Cover with the top ball halves.
