Curry of minced meat with green beans rice


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pandan rice (bag 1 kg), green beans (halved), oil, Dutch beef meatballs (375 g), onions (coarsely chopped), red pepper (in strips), boemboe (green curry) (100 g )) and coconut milk (200 ml).

Directions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cook the green beans for 8 minutes. Drain the rice, collect the cooking water. Spoon the green beans through the rice.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in 5 min. Golden brown. Add the onions and peppers and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add the boemboe, the coconut milk and 150 ml of cooking water from the rice. Bring to the boil while stirring, put the lid on the pan and cook the curry on low heat for another 6 minutes.
  3. Season the rice with salt and pepper. Serve the curry with the green beans rice.
