Wok dish of noodles, cabbage, snow peas and stir-fry with mild curry sauce, coriander and cashew nuts

Directions

  1. Cook according to directions on packaging. Clean pointed cabbage and cut into strips. Clean snow peas and cut into lozenges. Heat oil in wok and fry tofu 3 min. Add cabbage and snow peas and cook for 4 min.
  2. Add curry sauce and heat for 1 min. Cut coriander fine. Sprinkle cashew nuts and coriander over sauce. Serve with noodles. Tasty with cassava crackers.
