Cook according to directions on packaging. Clean pointed cabbage and cut into strips. Clean snow peas and cut into lozenges. Heat oil in wok and fry tofu 3 min. Add cabbage and snow peas and cook for 4 min.

Add curry sauce and heat for 1 min. Cut coriander fine. Sprinkle cashew nuts and coriander over sauce. Serve with noodles. Tasty with cassava crackers.
