Fast fried steak with spring onion

Spoon the steak slices with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of oil and black pepper and let the meat stand for 10 minutes.

Put the rice on and cook it until done.

Put the wok on the highest position and preheat for 1 minute. Pour in 5 tablespoons of oil, turn it around in the wokkentot the oil is hot. Stir fry the garlic for 10 seconds.

Then add the steak slices and stir fry, still at a high setting, 20 seconds.

Pour the two soy sauces along the edge of the wok bee and immediately spoon the steak slices with a slotted spoon from the pan.

Add 100 ml of water and the bouillon tablet and bring to the boil.

Spoon the stir-fry mix with the sauce in the woks and heat the whole on half stand for 5-7 minutes.

Return to high setting, scoop the steak slices and the spring onion into the wok, add the sesame oil, mix it together and serve the dish on plates.
