Peel and grate the ginger. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.

Mix the ginger, the lime zest and juice, the bags of miso soup and sesame oil into a dressing.

Break the noodles and prepare according to the instructions on the package.

Divide the broccoli into small florets, peel the stem and cut into cubes. Cook over medium heat in 4 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, cut or tear the nori sheets into pieces. Mix the dressing, broccoli, crayfish, raw vegetables and nori through the noodles.
