Pappardelle with tiger prawns and vodka sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, raw, peeled tiger prawns (frozen, bag of 500 g), Tasty Tom tomatoes, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), dried chili pepper (or chilli pepper from mill), fresh pappardelle (broad ribbon paste, fridge compartment) , vodka (liquorice) and fresh parsley (finely chopped).

Shrimp the water for a few minutes in hot (not boiling!) Water.

Bring plenty of water to the boil in pastapan.

To cut into pieces.

Pour shrimps and pat dry well.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in deep frying pan and gently fry garlic with crumbled chilli pepper for 1 min.

Add tomatoes and gently fry for 5 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in another frying pan and gently stir in shrimp for 3-4 min.

Until tender (= pink).

Cook pappardelle in 4 minutes.

Shrimp the shrimp with vodka and create warm tomatoes.

Season spicy sauce with salt and (chili) pepper.

Drain pasta, mix with sauce and spread pasta with sauce over two deep plates.

Sprinkle parsley over it.

Tasty with rucola salad..
