Cut the leek into rings. Chop the coriander. Squeeze the garlic over the rice bowl of the steam cooker.

Stir in the curry paste, rice, raisins, leek, coriander, water and salt.

Fill the steam cooker with water according to the instructions. Put the rice bowl in and steam the rice for about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the salmon fillets with pepper and salt and place on the curry rice. Steam the whole in about 10-15 minutes until done.

Put the curry rice on plates and put the salmon next to it.
