Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onion in about 5 minutes golden yellow.
  2. Add curry powder, ginger powder and lemongrass powder (lemon grass) and fruit for 1 minute on a low setting.
  3. Allow to cool and mix with the mayonnaise. Stir in the lime juice and the ginger shreds.
