Cut the plums into strips.

Serve the slices of bread successively with ½ slice goat cheese, the bacon, the prunes and again with ½ slice goat cheese.

Cover with the unpotted slices of bread.

Brush the sandwiches on both sides with butter.

Heat two frying pans with non-stick coating without butter or oil and fry the sandwiches for 3 min on low heat and then for 3 min on medium heat.

Turn the sandwiches regularly.
