Onion rings with yoghurt dip
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red onion, sweet white onion, Bulgarian yoghurt, garlic, avocado (diced), fresh coriander (finely chopped), self-raising baking flour, chilli powder and ice cold white beer.
Satay sticks for 15 minutes in cold water.
Peel onions and cut into thick rings.
In a high mixing bowl with hand blender, mix together yogurt, garlic, avocado, coriander and pinch of salt to a smooth dipping sauce.
In other bowl, sift self-grinding flour and stir with chilli powder, salt and white beer until smooth batter.
Put the onion rings on the forks or satéstick at the table, put them in a batter and bake them in a hot brown in 1 min.
Serve with yoghurt dip..
