For about 250 ml sauce boil the pineapple with the peppers, onion, red peppers, apple or white wine vinegar for 20-25 minutes at medium height.

Puree the sauce and season with salt. Strainer if you want a smooth sauce. Allow to cool completely and pour into a clean bowl or bottle.

Keep the fruity chilli sauce tightly closed for up to 1 month in the refrigerator.
