Zucchini with lemon oil and almonds
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lemon, olive oil, zucchini, garlic (halved) and garnish almonds (minced meat).

Clean the lemon scrub and cut it into strips with peeler skin (without white).

Heat oil in saucepan briefly with pieces of skin and garlic.

Take the pan of fire and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes; stirring occasionally.

Dry almonds in dry frying pan until golden brown and allow to cool.

Cut half the courgettes, scrape out seed molds and cut courgettes into bows.

Remove garlic and lemon peel from oil.

Heat oil and add zucchini.

Zucchini in 5 min.

On high heaters, occasionally shovel.

Season the zucchini with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
