Directions

  1. Puree the mango with 2 tablespoons of water in a food processor. Stir the mango puree and fresh mint coarsely through the vanilla custard.
  2. Pour the vanilla custard into the ice molds and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours until the ice cream is completely frozen and frozen. Serve ice cold.
