Custard with mango cream and chocolate custard
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: mango, whipped cream, mild yoghurt, powdered sugar and chocolate custard.
Mango peel and cut into cubes.
Keep a few pieces for garnishing separately.
Stir in the food processor or with the blender.
In bowl, whipped cream is almost stiff.
Mix mango puree, yogurt and sugar with whipped cream.
Make 2 cm of mango cream in four high sections or glasses.
Pour 2 cm of chocolate custard onto it.
Then add another 2 cm of mango cream and 2 cm of chocolate custard.
This continues until mango cream and chocolate custard are finished.
Garnish with retained cubes of mango..
