Cutlets with lemon
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, pork cutlets (uncultivated), flour, eggs (whipped), breadcrumbs (a 150 g), sunflower oil, lemon (in parts), flat parsley ((20 g) and coarsely cut).

Place each schnitzel between two sheets of cling film and store the meat as flat as possible with a frying pan. Cut the meat into strips of 3 cm wide and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Prepare 3 deep plates with separate flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Remove each bar of meat successively through the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Pour 1 cm of oil into a frying pan and heat it. Fry the meat in 2 portions in 5 min. Golden brown and done. Turn halfway. Keep warm under aluminum foil. Place the meat on a flat dish. Squeeze 1 lemon wedge above it and place the other parts in between. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
