Daisy's breakfast yogurt
A nice English recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: pears, peaches (canned or fresh), dried apricots (or apricots on apple juice (or fresh apricots)), light caster sugar, voice ginger (in syrup, finely chopped), cinnamon stick, pecans (coarsely chopped), dried cranberries, ginger biscuits (or gingerbread) and hanging.

Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Halve the peaches and apricots and cut into small pieces. Put the fruit with the sugar, voice ginger, the cinnamon stick and a dash of water in a small saucepan and bring to high heat on a high heat.

Turn down the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the fruit is soft but not yet broken, and the juice is boiled down to syrup. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

Place a small skillet over medium heat and toast the pecans for a few minutes or until crisp. Put them in a bowl and let them cool. Add the cranberries and crumble the cookies.

Divide the hanging over 4 bowls, scoop some fruit and sprinkle with the nut topping.
