Halve the potatoes and cook them in plenty of water with salt in 15 minutes until done. Allow to cool down.

Meanwhile, cut the sausages into pieces, the radish in quarters and the celery in pieces.

Mix the potatoes with the frankfurters, radishes and celery.

Stir the mustard through the sour cream and gently mix through the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
