A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: firm potatoes, eggs, salt, pepper, multigrain pancake batter, milk and oil.

Peel and wash potatoes.

Fry potatoes for about 20 minutes in pan with little water.

Drain potatoes, rinse under cold water and allow to cool slightly in about 10 minutes.

Upstairs grate potatoes ('raise').

1 Break egg and season with potatoes with salt and pepper.

Make pancake batter according to the instructions for use with milk and the rest of the eggs.

Fry approx.

1 1/2 tablespoon of oil in frying pan.

Pour pan batter into pan so that the bottom is covered.

Cover the immediate batter with a layer of potato grater.

If the bottom is brown, pancake is turned and the other side brown and crunchy on medium high heat.

So continue until all the batter and grater are on.

Serve Riefpannekoke directly with honey or syrup..
