Cut 2 venison steaks (or rabbit fillets) into minced steaks and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry them in a little peanut oil around brown and scoop them out of the pan.

Add 1 spring / forest onion to the shortening, cut into rings (or chopped leek), and 1 tablespoon slightly sliced ginger chips and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour a small dash of red wine as desired. Serve the gravy with the steaks.
