Salad with seafood and herb oil
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, grapefruit, avocado, ginger powder, herb oil parsley garlic (bottle a 80 ml), fruits de mer (seafood, a 150 g) and fresh coriander (a 15 g).

Grapefruit halves and cut segments above bowl between membranes (store juice).

Halve Avocado, remove the kernel and cut flesh into cubes.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and bake for 2 min.

Grap grapefruit with juice, avocado, ginger powder, fried seafood and the rest of oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cut coriander.

Spread the salad over four glasses and garnish with coriander..
