Deer steaks with leek and ginger
A tasty recipe. The snack is made with the following ingredients: meat, leeks, voice ginger (2 tbsp syrup (from pot)), ginger powder, chilli powder, allspice, dried thyme, venison steaks, red wine and butter.

Clean the leek and cut into wafer-thin rings. Chop the ginger very finely and mix in the bowl with ginger juice and leek. In other, stir ginger powder, chilli powder, allspice, thyme, pepper and salt. Steaks in quarters. Turn the meat through a seasoning mixture and lay it on a scale.

Fry butter in a pan. Beef steaks in 2 min. Brown boxes, halfway turning. Pour some leek mixture into a pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Extinguish with a dash of wine.
