Line the cake mold or an elongated dish with a raised edge with baking paper.

Beat the whipped cream with the sugar and the marrow from the vanilla pod stiff and put in the refrigerator.

Beat the ricotta with a whisk until a smooth cream and whisk in the chocolate. Mix the whipped cream with the ricotta.

Put a layer of biscuits together at the bottom of the dish. Cut the cookies if necessary.

Divide 1/3 of the cream mixture on this. Put another layer of biscuits neatly over one another. Make 2 more layers and finish with a layer of cookies. Cover with cling film and leave to stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Cut the portions in the format of the biscuits and sprinkle with some icing sugar and a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa.
