Directions

  1. Line the cake mold or an elongated dish with a raised edge with baking paper.
  2. Beat the whipped cream with the sugar and the marrow from the vanilla pod stiff and put in the refrigerator.
  3. Beat the ricotta with a whisk until a smooth cream and whisk in the chocolate. Mix the whipped cream with the ricotta.
  4. Put a layer of biscuits together at the bottom of the dish. Cut the cookies if necessary.
  5. Divide 1/3 of the cream mixture on this. Put another layer of biscuits neatly over one another. Make 2 more layers and finish with a layer of cookies. Cover with cling film and leave to stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Cut the portions in the format of the biscuits and sprinkle with some icing sugar and a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa.
