Double-baked chocolate cookies
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: soft butter, white caster sugar, eggs, self-rising flour and extra bitter chocolate.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

In bowl of butter and sugar with mixer lightly and creamy beating.

Self-raising flour and 1/2 tsp salt above bowl of 7 and knead into soft dough.

20 min., Gently turn over halfway with a palette knife.

Remove baking plate from oven and allow cookies to cool.

Cookies can be kept for a week in airtight cookie jar..
