Drumsticks with beans, bean sprouts and peanut sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken drumsticks (600 g), oil, wok sauce (oyster and garlic (a 200 ml)), quick-cooking rice (400 g), green beans (broken (bag a 1 kg, frozen)), bean sprouts ( a 125 g) and peanut butter (pot a 600 g).

Directions

  1. Dab the chicken drumsticks dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken drumsticks around brown.
  3. Add the wok sauce and 150 ml of water and cook until cooked in 25-30 minutes.
  4. Boil the rice with the green beans according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Drain and scoop the bean sprouts with hot beans and rice, cover the pan.
  6. Remove the chicken drumsticks from the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil.
  7. Stir the peanut butter to the cooking liquid and stir the sauce.
  8. Serve the chicken drumsticks with the sauce and bean sprouts..
