Directions

  1. Cook the rice in plenty of water according to the instructions on the package. Drain and collect 200 ml of cooking water.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok stir fry the onion from the dish stew golden brown. Add the tofu and the garlic and fry them for 1 min.
