Dutch agv'tje with red cabbage
Potato slices, red cabbage, beet and beef tartare.

Put the red cabbage, beet and butter with the water and possibly salt in a pan and bring to a boil.

Turn down the heat and simmer for 12 minutes on low heat with the lid tilted on the pan. Stir in the mashed potatoes and warm for 2 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the potato slices, pepper and salt for 12 minutes on medium heat.

Change regularly. Add half the onions and garlic.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Sprinkle the tarttails with pepper and salt and grill for 12 minutes. Turn halfway.

Spoon the rocket through the potatoes.

Serve the red cabbage and beet with the baked potatoes and a tartar.
