                            Dutch beef stew with celeriac rites

                                Fry the bacon strips in a frying pan for 5 minutes on low heat. Meanwhile, cut the onions into half rings.

                                Add to the bacon and fry the onions in 15 min. On medium heat until golden brown.

                                Sprinkle the slices of beef with the spices mixture, flour and salt to taste. Place them between the bacon and onions and cook for 5 minutes.

                                Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into quarters and add. Pour in the warm water and add the bouillon tablet.

                                Stir through and simmer for 5 hours at the smallest time. The first 3 hours with the lid on the pan, then without.

                                Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Peel the celeriac and cut into slices of 1 cm thick. Then cut the slices into strips.

                                Divide the celeriac rations on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and salt.

                                Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven. Spoon halfway.

                                In the meantime, clean the sprouts and boil for 5 minutes. Drain then. Fry the remaining bacon strips for 5 minutes in a frying pan.

                                Add the sprouts and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve the stew with the sprouts, bacon and the celeriac rites.
