Directions

  9. Place the dish in the middle of the oven and bake the minced meat for about 20 minutes until it is done.
  10. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes and drain them.
  11. Cut the spring onion into very fine rings, keep the white and green apart.
  12. Mash the potatoes with a pestle.
  13. Heat in a saucepan the milk with the white of the spring onions until boiling.
  14. Stir in the hot milk, spring onion and butter through the mash, season with salt.
