Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Mix the mince with the egg, curry powder, breadcrumbs and some salt.

Knead firmly.

Divide into two equal parts and roll them into bars of about five cm thick.

Grease an oven dish with the oil and place the meat in it, with some space in between.

Cut the mushrooms into quarters and sprinkle with a little salt.

Put them around the minced meat.

Dissolve the mustard in the water and pour into the baking dish.

Place the dish in the middle of the oven and bake the minced meat for about 20 minutes until it is done.

Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes and drain them.

Cut the spring onion into very fine rings, keep the white and green apart.
