Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut the crusts of the slices of bread and toast the bread in the toaster. Divide each herring lengthwise into 2 fillets.
-
Cut the cress from the bed. Stir in the mustard and cress through the cream cheese.
-
Spread the slices of bread on one side thinly with the mustard cream. Cut all slices of bread diagonally.
-
Cover the smeared bread triangles with the lamb's lettuce and onions (from herring packaging) and place 1 herring fillet on each triangle.
-
Always lay 2 covered triangles on top of each other and cover with a non-lubricated bread triangle. Press the stacks slightly and stick them with a flag.
-
Put the club sandwiches on plates and sprinkle with the rest of the cress.
