Chop the chocolate into pieces and heat stirring au bain-marie. Take the bowl off the pan and whisk until all the pieces of chocolate have melted.

Spoon the pieces of marshmallow, peanuts and apricots with a spatula until everything is covered with the melted chocolate.

Place wooden ice-cream sticks on the baking paper and scoop up chocolate with the help of 2 spoons. Push the mountains with the back of a spoon in the form of an Easter egg.

Allow to cool and stiffen and possibly harden in the refrigerator.
