Egg herbs omelette with shrimps


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs (M), egg herbs (with sea salt (mill a 70 g)), tomatoes, salad dressing, green pepper, liquid margarine, pink shrimp (125 g) and farm brown sesame bread.

Directions

  1. Unwind eggs with egg herbs.
  2. Wash tomatoes, cut into wedges and mix in bowl with salad dressing.
  3. Clean pepper and cut into pieces.
  4. Heat 2 margarine in frying pan and fry paprika for 5 minutes.
  5. Shrimp the prawns with paprika and warm them for 1 min.
  6. Cook in a frying pan part of the remaining margarine and bake 4 omelettes.
  7. Roast bread and halve it diagonally.
  8. Place omelets over four plates.
  9. Prepare the shrimp mixture and roll up the omelette.
  10. Serve with tomato salad and bread..
