A tasty Spanish recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, eggs, pickles, garlic, chopped parsley (frozen), olive oil, salt and serrano ham.

Directions

  1. Boil eggs for about 10 minutes. Rinse under cold running water, let it cool and peel. Meanwhile mince pickle. Gherkin and parsley in bowl. Peel the garlic and press it over it. Stir in olive oil, season with salt (= dressing or picada).
  2. Cut off caps on both sides of eggs. Cut eggs in half so that egg can stand on the bottom. Teaspoon dressing on each half. Stick slices of ham rolled up on each prikkertje 2, stick them in egg.
