A tasty recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: quail eggs, green tapenade, olive oil with truffle, salt, white pepper and whipped cream.

Fry eggs boil hard in about 5 minutes.

Warm the tapenade with whipped cream over low heat; do not let it boil.

Rinse eggs under cold water, peel and halve.

Distribute the tapenade cream over four low bowls.

Put eggs in it.

Pour truffle oil over it.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper..
