Eggs In A Jar
A tasty vegetarian breakfast with these eggs in a jar, with fresh chives, basil and grated cheese.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Cut the chives very finely above a bowl. Put the leaves of basil on top of each other, roll them up to 'cigar' in the length and cut them into thin strips.
Put 1 tbsp whipped cream in each greased soufflé dish. Divide half of the fresh herbs over the dishes. Sprinkle the pepper and salt if necessary.
Break 1 egg above each dish and spoon 1 tbsp egg whip on each egg. Divide the rest of the chives and basil.
Sprinkle the cheese, pepper and salt. Fill the universal pan (or large baking dish) halfway with hot water.
Place the dishes in the roasting tray. Place the roasting pan in the middle of the oven and let the eggs solidify in about 15 minutes.
